SB 48 with HFA3 receives final passage in the Senate, without discussion, by a vote of 32-6. A new exception to the open records law is created to shield address & location of public officers, as defined. It remains for the public, the Attorney General, and the courts to implement SB 48 and reconcile it with HFA3.
