The latest in our campaign to dissuade lawmakers from making substantial changes to the open records law.

Twelve new individuals, organizations, and media companies (for a total of 61) have shown their support by signing the Coalition's letter of opposition to HB 312, including Scripps Media, Inc., League of Women Voters, and TEGNA, Inc.

Our thanks to Monica L. Dias, Senior Counsel, Content and Intellectual Property, The E.W. Scripps Company, who volunteered her time to update the list of signatories and transmit it to members of the Kentucky Senate.
