The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:
1. 24-ORD-120 (In re: Todd Conley/Paintsville Lake State Park)
Summary: The Paintsville Lake State Park did not violate the Open Records Act when it issued a response to a request within five business days of receiving the request.

Summary: The City of Gratz violated the Open Records Act when it failed to respond to a request to inspect records.
