1. 24-ORD-162 (In re: Joe Sonka/Office of the Governor)

Summary: The Office of the Governor did not violate the Open Records Act when it did not provide records that do not exist.

2. 24-ORD-163 (In re: Jerry Grooms/Fayette County Public School System)

Summary: The Fayette County Public School System violated the Open Records Act when it failed to timely respond to a request under the Act.
