1. 24-ORD-219 (In re: Raymond Lauk/Eastern Kentucky University)
Summary: Eastern Kentucky University did not violate the Open Records Act when it denied a request for a copy of a copyrighted work.

2. 24-ORD-220 (In re: Steve Roberson/South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force)
Summary: The South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force did not violate the Open Record Act when it did not respond to a request it claims it did not receive.

4. 24-OMD-222 (In re: Brian Mackey/Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission)
Summary: The Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission violated the Open Meetings Act when it failed to issue a written response to a complaint within three business days. The Commission did not violate the Act when it conducted a closed session to discuss the reappointment of an employee under KRS 61.810(1)(f).
