The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:

1. 21-ORD-07 (In re: Eddie McGuire/Marshall County Judge/Executive)

Summary: Because the Office of the Marshall County Judge/Executive failed to respond to requests to inspect records within the statutory time for doing so, it violated the Open Records Act. The Judge/Executive also violated the Act when it denied an open records request based on the requester's alleged noncompliance with requirements of the Freedom of Information Act.
