The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:
1. 21-ORD-067 (In re: David Pennington/Big Sandy Regional Detention Center)
Summary: The Big Sandy Regional Detention Center (the "Center") violated the Open Records Act when it failed to respond to an open records request, and when it denied a request for records under KRS 61.878(1)(a) without explaining how the exception applied to the records withheld.
