1. 21-ORD-001 (In re: Robert Kluttz/City of Beechwood Village)

Summary: The City of Beechwood Village did not violate the Open Records Act.

2. 21-ORD-002 (In re: Glen Davis/Scott County Sheriff's Department)

Summary: The Scott County Sheriff's Department violated the Open Records Act when it failed to carry its burden that it charged a reasonable copying fee for records.

3. ORD-003 (In re: Kelly Copas/Monroe County Fiscal Court)
