The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:

1. 20-ORD-198 (In re: Donald Phillips/Northpoint Training Center)

Summary: Northpoint Training Center violated the Open Records Act when it failed to provide a brief explanation of how the exceptions it relied upon to deny a request applied to the responsive records. However, the Center did not violate the Act when it redacted certain material from the records it subsequently produced.

2. 20-ORD-199 (In re: Levi Henson/Richmond Police Department)
