The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decision last week:

1. 20-ORD-204 (In re: Thurman Wenzl/Kentucky Labor Cabinet)

Summary: The Kentucky Labor Cabinet violated the Open Records Act when it did not issue a timely response to a request to inspect records. The Cabinet also failed to meet its burden on appeal that a specific record contained confidential and proprietary information permitting it to be withheld.
