In anticipation of the resumption of the 2021 Regular Session of the General Assembly, the Kentucky Open Government Coalition provides the following analysis of bills filed to date, including a description of the bills, action taken on the bills, and the Coalition's position on the bills.
Although we are hopeful that no other bills adversely impacting open government will be filed in this session, we will update and/or add to our analysis as needed.
