This citation is used to establish that public employee time sheets/time cards and the information contained therein, such as total hours worked, reasons for absences, etc., are not private and should be disclosed under the Kentucky Open Records Act. The decision follows the reasoning in 96-ORD-239 that such information does not touch upon the personal features of private lives and therefore cannot be withheld on the basis of privacy.
