The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:

1. 24-ORD-023 (In re: David Bricarello/Franklin County Fiscal Court)

Summary: The Office cannot find that the Franklin County Fiscal Court violated the Open Records Act when it claims to have provided all responsive records it possesses.

2. 24-ORD-024 (In re: Kentucky Innocence Project/Kentucky State Police)

Summary: The Kentucky State Police did not violate the Open Records Act when it denied a request to provide information, or when it did not provide a record it does not possess.

3. 24-ORD-025 (In re: Uriah Pasha/Western Kentucky Correctional Complex)

Summary: The Office cannot find that the Western Kentucky Correctional Complex violated the Open Records Act when it did not provide records that do not exist.
