The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:
1. 22-ORD-159 (In re: Lisa Gannoe/Eastern Kentucky University)
Summary: Under 40 KAR 1:030 § 4, the Attorney General shall not reconsider a prior decision rendered under the Open Records Act. This Office will not reconsider 22-ORD-146, in which it found that Eastern Kentucky University did not violate the Act when it denied a request for student course comment sheets that were exempt from disclosure under KRS 61.878(1)(a).

2. 22-ORD-160 (In re: Bobby Hammonds/Department of Public Advocacy)
Summary: The Department of Public Advocacy violated the Open Records Act when it failed to respond to two requests within five business days.
