The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decision last week:

1. 24-ORD-001 (In re: Jerry Shrecker/City of Owensboro)

Summary: The Office cannot find that the City of Owensboro violated the Open Records Act when it failed to respond to a request it did not receive as a result of a spam email filter.
