1. 22-ORD-262 (In re: Sebastian Kitchen/Office of Attorney General)

Summary: The Office of Attorney General did not violate the Open Records Act when its response to a request to inspect records complied with KRS 61.880(1).

6. 22-ORD-268 (In re: Josh Wood/Louisville Metro Government)

Summary: Louisville Metro Government violated the Open Records Act when it failed to respond within five business days to three of seven requests it received, and when it invoked KRS 61.872(5) seven times to delay inspection of records, without either notifying the requester of the earliest date on which records would be available or giving a detailed explanation of the cause of the claimed delay.

7. 22-ORD-269 (In re: Reginald Grider/Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney)

Summary: The Jefferson County Commonwealth’s Attorney did not violate the Open Records Act when he withheld a record pertaining to criminal litigation under KRS 61.878(1)(h).
