1. 21-ORD-204 (In re: Houston Bunton/Warren Circuit Court Clerk)
Summary: The Open Records Act does not apply to records of the Warren Circuit Court Clerk.

Summary: The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office subverted the intent of the Open Records Act within the meaning of KRS 61.880(4) when it placed improper conditions on access to records.

5. 21-ORD-208 (In re: Matt Tucker/LaRue County Detention Center)
Summary: The Larue County Detention Center violated the Open Records Act when it did not respond to a request for records. However, the Center did not violate the Act when it could not provide copies of records that do not exist within its possession.
