Capping off an eventful day for followers of open government in Kentucky, WDRB reporter Jason Riley tweets:
@LMPD found a bunch of binders related to the youth Explorer sex scandal that were supposed to have been turned over a long time ago.
Reminds me of an open records appeal involving "back-up" photos and records from the Kentucky State Police investigative files in the Beverly Hills Supper Club case that were bestowed on a departing officer as an apparent retirement gift (but later recovered).
