Bills descriptions for four open records bills filed in 2023

SB 62 and HB 207, filed earlier this week, create new exceptions to the open records law — one for personal information and the other for internal police communications, respectively — have been assigned to committees. SB 62 to State and Local Government and HB 207 to Judiciary.
