Skaggs v. Redford 61.878 The defense of a prospective habeas corpus proceedings was part of the “law enforcement action” in the defendant’s case; therefore, the records in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s prosecution file fall within the provisions of subdivision (1)(g) of this section, as public records exempted until after enforcement action is completed.
