A Kentucky State Reformatory inmate’s complaint against the warden and other reformatory officials for failure to furnish his financial records was properly dismissed, where the record showed that he was offered his records upon payment of the ten cents ($0.10) per page copying fee, and there was no genuine issue to be resolved.
