Because the Circuit Court never determined whether certain requested materials were subject to one of the fourteen exclusions listed in KRS 61.878(1), the matter had to be remanded to the Circuit Court to make a determination as to whether the materials an attorney requested were specifically excluded under one or more of the fourteen listed exclusions.
