Jack Conway was the Attorney General, Jeremy Rogers' hair wasn't graying, and Jon Fleischaker still wore glasses, but it stands the test of time.

Our actors may, however, want to think twice before they quit their day jobs.

There are now sixteen exceptions to the open records law, fourteen exceptions to the open meetings law, and, after June 27, records requests can be submitted by email, but the laws are otherwise unchanged.
