Kentucky State Penitentiary ("KSP") did not violate the Act when it denied a request for information.

2. 20-ORD-052 (Graves County)

City of Mayfield ("City") violated the Open Records Act ("the Act") by denying an open records request it received by e-mail because the City's rules and regulations, adopted under KRS 61.876(1)(d), placed no restrictions on the method of delivery.

3. 20-ORD-053 (Boyle County)

Northpoint Training Center ("NTC") did not violate the Open Records Act ("the Act") by not providing a strip search log that did not exist.

4. 20-ORD-054 (Elliott County)

Little Sandy Correctional Complex ("LSCC") did not violate the Open Records Act ("the Act") by not providing a court record that did not exist in its possession.

5. OAG 20-07

Because the Governor may remove members of the Commission in only limited circumstances, the purported removal of Commissioners Clinard and Horn in Executive Order 2020-178 is without legal effect.
