"No one is keeping up with what's actually going on with the city. But that's government money. That they are just, you know no one's really keeping track of it."

"Louisville Metro Government contracted the majority of home repairs out to ABN Restoration Inc. in the fiscal years ending in June 2020 and 2021. During the latter, the company raked in about $208,000 out of the home repair assistance program's total budget of more than $288,000.
