The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decisions last week:
1. 24-ORD-134 (In re: Kenneth Tracy/City of Frankfort)
Summary: The Office cannot find that the City of Frankfort violated the Open Records Act when it partially denied a request for records that it claims do not exist within its possession.

2. 24-ORD-135 (In re: Makeda Charles/Louisville Regional Airport Authority)
Summary: The Louisville Regional Airport Authority violated the Open Records Act when it initially denied a request because it had previously provided the requested records. The Authority did not violate the Act when it denied a request for records because the requester is not a resident of the Commonwealth.

Summary: The Open Records Act does not apply to records of the Jefferson Circuit Court Clerk.
