1. 19-ORM-135 (Grant County)

City of Crittenden did not violate the Open Meetings Act by requiring citizen to identify himself in order to address City Council meeting. Mayor's Facebook page, under facts alleged, did not constitute a quorum of the City Council and denying citizen access to the page did not violate the Act. City Council violated Act by failing to respond to Open Meetings complaint.

2. 19-ORD-136 (Jefferson County)

Decision adopting 98-ORD-6 and holding that because Jefferson Circuit Court Clerk is not bound by the provisions of the Open Records Act, the Clerk did not violate the Act in the disposition of request for court records.
