At the end of the 2020 legislative session, Kentucky will bid farewell to one of its greatest proponents of open government. Rep. Chris Harris, D-Forest Hills, has announced that he will not run for re-election. Our fervent hope is that his retirement from public life will be a short one, and that he will return to public service when the time is right.
